As another school year comes to a close, I wanted to take a moment to celebrate the amazing Class of 2026! 

One of my favorite parts of being a Richmond senior photographer is getting to meet so many incredible students during such an exciting season of life. From the first day we begin planning a session to the moment families see their finished portraits, it is always an honor to capture these memories.

This year I photographed seniors from schools throughout the Richmond, Virginia area, including Midlothian, Chesterfield, Powhatan, Glen Allen, Henrico, and Hanover. Every senior brought their own personality, style, interests, and future plans to their session, making each one completely unique.

Many of these senior portrait sessions took place at some of Richmond's most popular photography locations, including Maymont, Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden, Windsor Farms, Tredegar Iron Works, and other beautiful locations throughout Central Virginia. Whether we were photographing among spring flowers, historic architecture, or golden sunset light, each session reflected the individuality of the senior being photographed.

Senior year is filled with so many milestones. College acceptances, final sports seasons, graduation celebrations, and preparing for the next chapter all happen within a matter of months. Professional senior portraits allow families to preserve this special season before life moves on to new adventures.

The images below represent just a few favorite moments from this year's senior portrait sessions. Looking through these photographs reminds me how grateful I am for the families who trust me to document such an important time in their lives.

To all of my Class of 2026 seniors, thank you for allowing me to be part of your journey. I loved getting to know each of you and hearing about your dreams for the future. I cannot wait to see what comes next!
